dunno how to check but my wife said that when my molly swam by the light she could see babys inside her?? or you could just wait and see, as long as she doesent apear ill then you can rule out her been poorly

get a shrimp mine loves munchin on algae and he good to watch although he scares my son lol

just use half hot and and half cold water and take the temp either with fingers or themometer dats what i do

you can see in my siggy what fish i have and atm i feed twice daily one of these,,,, brine shrimp, blood worms, tetra mini flakes, tetra betta with shrimp and krill or i will give a small helping of each so tonite at feed time i shall drop a lump of cucumber in and see what the outcome is...

i read somewere on this forum that you can feed your fish peas, cucumber fruit etc but this time it was when the fish was ill. so is it `medicine` or `treat` or summin to give them when you run out of flakes?? thanks :)

how long should i keep my light on for? its currently on about 11 hours a day too much or ok?? does too much light promote the growth of algae? thx

hey hey i can get a pump for 12 quid at my lfs or a gravel cleaner for 15 quid or should i stop wasting money and use a jug and bucket?? but im thinking that using a pump will disturb the fish less?? sooo pump or jug??

i had been told by the guy at the pet shop `you only need to run the tank for 24 hours before you put fish in` and at that time i knew nothing and he was `suposedly` the expert i now know that to be wrong after coming on this forum just hope the rest of my fish will be ok and yes ive phoned...

its a 60ltr tank so ill be taking 15 ltrs (not sure whats that in gallons) so ill run the hot and cold tap and stick a themometer in :) so is weekly too often or about right ?

ok i read that i should do this weekly sooo is it ok to take out 25% of the water and add cold treated water back with my fish still in?? thanks

i have these at the mo 1 silver molly 1 black molly 4 guppys 3 clown loach 1 siamese fighter(male) 4 baby black mollys im giving them some dried brine shrimp,bloodworms and tropical flakes twicw a day.

is it true that fish will eat till they `burst` if you overfeed?? and if you underfeed wont they maybe eat each other?? any tips on feeding would be great thanks

would a clown fish be ok in this tank??? its just my 4 year old would really like a nemo lol

kool thanks ,,i phoned the place up and the guy said that the loaches will take years to reach anything too big for my tank if at all so that just backs up what you say. and the fighter seem very dosile atm thanks for your opinions folks there all taken onboard :D
