Name That Shrimp

it is either an Atyopsis moluccensis Common Fan shrimp
South East Asia, 6cm, 22-25C

or an Atyopsis spinipes Bamboo Fan Shrimp
South East Asia, 8cm, 22-25C

Actually, I think there may be some agreement in the three responses.

You will find that common names of shrimp can be very confusing. Many go under several common names and added to that, many are mislabled entirely both in shops and on the 'net. I think it's safe to say that your shrimp is very likely a Atyopsis. The-Wolf named it but used a different common name than I did. I have seen Atyopsis refered to as Wood shrimp, Bamboo shrimp, or Flower shrimp. Do a search with the scientific name and you will see.
 
it is definitaly an Atyopsis species.
as to whether or not it is a moluccensis or a spinipes
is impossible to tell from an external view.
 
ok i did a search and it looks like the common fan shrimp
