i would say no, just make sure you dont over feed and do your water changes. the 10 gallon tank should be ok for the fry.

aim for a co2 level of about 6.0 to 7.0, and light is probably best at about 2 wpg. and use fert. :)

i agree with nicholson, it is a bit on the small side even for a group of young discus, it wont be that long b4 they out grow it, that is th sort of size u would keep a breeding pair in.
