hi, i have just done as you suggested, i cannot see anything on them , no small white bits, no rusty like patches , they have however started to keep the tail fins clamped . there seam to be constanly leaning to one side then flicking things. :unsure:

is this the 2.5g pack?

if i remove them from that tank, the only thing i can do is remove the snails i have and the shrimp i have to anouther tank, but that also has fish in, think this is only going to spread :( :crazy: not sure what to do :blink:

is this likely to be the beginning of ich? if so must have came with them :blink: as my female betta splenden who's next to them has always been fine.

all 3 fish were doing it together not long ago ??? then they stop for abit, then if one does it again they all start???????

it does it everytime its near the females, it may be somthing that it just does, no chance of burning its self on the heater its on the other side of the tank, which is behind a divider and inclosed in one of those juwel internal thingys :lol: it keeps going and sitting in the bell hidy hole...

one of the betta simplex i got saturday has started to flick onto the plants, i have a vid but it wont upload photobucket is spitting its dummy out again, why is the fish doing this ? help :crazy:

not sure on everything else, but 2 bettas is a no no they will fight to the death, especially in a 10G tank. even big big tanks its not a good thing to do.

hmm... id say two internals, but may be too mauch for the smaller space creating the same problem as what you had with the bigger one? if it looks easy enough to cut the divider with out having any escape artists then do that? sorry i cant help as thats all i can think of :blush:

i got 5 ghost shrimp when i got my first betta, one vanished within the first 2 days, the rest are all doing fine a good few months on, not sure if the one that went missing got to be a live snack or mite have been weak already and died, the 4 that are left get chased around a little every now...

30 seconds is nouthing , a few car forums i go on have rstrictions of a 1min , same with searching for new posts too. this site is very unrestricted that way to be honest, it can be annoying, but when i think about it, there isent that much of a rush needed :lol:

quite rite, i have just recieved some betta simplex, these are mouth brooders and would imagine it would be near impossible to cross breed, i was thinking in terms of the betta imbellis crossed with splendens, though this has been done already from things i have looked at, there are many many...

OR just cycle the tank properly by adding filter start, add pure ammonia for a good while , quite a few weeks, then buy one, do the right stuff and it will live, there must be somthing wrong if it doesent to be honest, forgive me, but my betta's are the first fish ive kept, if you do...

Yep he has more for sale :) this is the best pic i could get of the ONLY 1 out of the 3 that currently dares to venture out, they are incredibly shy, hopefuly once there uset to the tank they will start to be a bit more active.

its not showing alot, but you can just see it.

dunno, the boys dont get that white bit do they ? when there ready to spawn this one has a little, did the beard test when i bought it too, only flares up at sides lol.
