just acclimatising them VERY slowly as water conditions of where they came from are slightly differant from mine.

this is the best pic i could get of the ONLY 1 out of the 3 that currently dares to venture out, they are incredibly shy, hopefuly once there uset to the tank they will start to be a bit more active.
