i wouldnt say yes or no. If the water stats are ok and theres no agression then your might get away with it. Then again you might not.

Then add another 10kg of LR.
Im just wondering, could I add CUC inbetween getting the extra rock?
Or should I wait till I have all the rock?
As I know it can cause a mini-cycle.

you hvae answered your own question there

if the rock is 100% deffinatly cured and wont be out the water long then CUC could go in before the 2nd lot of rock. But its a risk, i wouldnt.

Regular water changes would help allow the cardinal mate...would consider changing your dottyback to a gramma but..These little guys make damsels look like cream puffs..aggressive little toe rags i've found!

The Genus Pseudochromis can be very feisty and pick on other fish in the aquarium.

What Buddy is suggesting is to swap that fish for the much milder mannered Royal Gramma, pic on far left in my sig, they look the same as the Royal dottyback with a few extra markings and are much less likely to bully your other fish.

Mine is a beauty, has not picked on anything, even the new Mandarin that I was worried about adding after him.

The guy im buying my LR of is hopefully sorting some salted water out for me.
Im debating as wether to risk it though, hes a total stranger.
I wouldnt want all my efforts to go down hill because of bad water.
But fingers crossed, im going to ask him a few more questions.

is it the guy from melton still as if its the same water that he uses for his display then your fine its amazing
also if it was the guy from melton that said he didnt have 10 kg he deffinatly did when i went last sunday

Its a different guy now.
The guy from melton let me down, I think he realised he done it at a bargain.
Im still watching his 10kg though, I will get my dad just to bid on it if its a bargain.
