Why Cant Certain People On Here Receive Pm's Any More?

like title says i cant get through to certain peoples pm for some reason.....

is there an issue with peoples accounts or have they been naughty....?

surely not all of them can be naughty!

New members must have 10 posts before being able to utilize the PM system. This is an effort to prevent spammers from joining and spamming the PM system, a problem we have had in the past. If you are having difficulties in this respect feel free to contact me with the member's name, and I will do what I can to enable PM's for the newer member.
