I got to clean the bathroom today... And it's a deep clean with this hot vinegar stuff that burns your dang nostrils

Fred is happily exploring his new home still.

I changed the heater to a new one that I forgot that was in the fishbits drawer. The original heater was a 100w and it struggled with 105 litres (despite actually being part of the "kit" that came with the aquarium). So now using the spare 200w preset Eheim which is definitely managing the temperature properly.

The remote controlled lighting on both aquariums works brilliantly off a single controller, all fish happy and healthy

Been feeding my female gudgeon frozen brine shrimp and bug bites every day. I'm pretty sure she had reached full breeding colors... I can try to get a photo but idk

Well, yesterday I've resealed a fish tank from the outside. And today, I've done the inside. One of those tanks was leaking. Luckily it was the bottom tank of the rack. It was already half filled when I noticed it. Now the sealing in the inner part is drying. Basically, the silicon sealing let go a bit on the bottom at the back.

The kids at my country school, which I usually teach via google meets, are gone today. So I have a few minutes to catch my breath. Good thing. I am really, really tired today.
