Having a typical day fighting insects as usual.
I have been trying to find out who makes a product called Eco Neem. It is meant to be an environmentally friendly pesticide used to kill sap sucking insects on plants. It was recommended to me by the hardware/ nursery I bought my plants from. I needed something to kill the bugs in my strawberry and blueberry plants because the insects are driving me up the wall. The insects in my unit, at least some of them, are coming from the potting mix and the plants were infested at the suppliers and nursery. And now all my plants and unit are infested with these insects.
It turns out Eco Neem is not suitable for food plants/ food crops, or pond plants. So I have been searching online and making phone calls and getting the run around.
I have been told the plants are contaminated and I should not eat any part of them or I could die.
The company that makes the product (Organic Crop Protectant) does not know the half life of the chemical in plants. And they wouldn't tell me much besides telling me to contact the Emergency Response Service, who in turn told me to contact the company that makes the product. Going round in fupling circles. What they did tell me is Eco Neem is not licensed for food crops/ food plants and should not be used on them. And I should not eat any part of the plant. They suggested I throw the plants away and start again.
So I have hundreds of dollars worth of infested plants. A number of those plants are food plants and are now deemed poisonous. Some of the plants are marsh plants that I wanted to put in a pond if/ when I get one and are also deemed poisonous. All the plants came from the same hardware/ nursery or chain of hardware/ nursery stores. The plants were infested at the suppliers and nurseries.
Since January 2022, I have spent thousands of dollars buying chemicals to kill and repel insects in this place.
I just sent an email to the head office of the company that owns the nursery/ hardware chain outlining all of this and am now waiting for a response.

I can't open my doors or windows because some scumbag started a bush fire in the hills and there is smoke blanketing the city.

I went to my storage locker on the weekend and everything was covered in brown dust. I emailed them about it and just got a response from the storage locker company. It is below. I must point out that the storage locker I was hiring, was inside a building and had doors and external walls around it, so no dust should have gotten into the locker. And there was a 1/4 inch thick layer of brown dust on everything inside my storage locker even though the door was shut and locked.
I mentioned in my email that I would be leaving contaminated boxes and plastic sheets in the locker and if they tried to charge me for the disposal of the contaminated stuff, I would sue them for contaminating my belongings. I said the dust came from them and not me. I am OCD and packed everything into new boxes and bags when I took it out there.
Their response.
