And after reading Connor's story, I remember now why I dropped out of a church I'd been a member of for 19 years. Power games and gossip - nothing spiritual about that. I still haven't joined a church and it's been almost 20 years since I left.

Cut the legs off and wear shorts instead

That's what we used to do here. Turn a pr of jeans into a pr of knee length shorts. Or some of the girls used to turn them into short shorts.

The problem with short shorts on men are the bits that dangle....

The bits that dangle are the extra large mansize pockets that always hang below the hemline of short shorts....especially when the bloke wearing them has stuffed his car keys in the pocket...that just looks weird

I don't which subject is worse - churches or cut off jeans. Maybe we need a schism led by hardliners in cut off jeans, and... crocs. If there were a conflict, everyone could run around with change jangling in their extra long pockets.
