I actually do this to myself now and then with the exception of my computer help forums as I can't justify having the forums if I'm gonna disappear for a week. In my humble opinion we have become too attached to out electronics and have lost touch with the real world.

I absolutely hate having a bazillion notifications. Part of the reason I try to check in when I can... I don't want to sift through 50 at a time yet alone 100
