My fish in their new home… how long will it take for them to get their colours back?

Sort of impossible to answer as to the colors. Depends a lot on how the move was done and how close the new tank's water matches the old environment.

Ahh ok, I’m guessing the store 5 minutes down the road has the same water as me, not sure where they got them from though.

Sorry but that is not always true. Is the new tank totally cycled? Is the PH the same as the old tank? For instance I have a fish warehouse about a minute walk from my apartment. They draw their water from a mountain fed stream and then purify. Their PH rides at 8+.. I draw from city water and my PH is usually in the lower 6.x range.

Nov is for 31 gallon and larger tanks
Dec is for 16 gal & smaller tanks
Jan is for 17 to 30 gallon tanks

My best 1-mile time is 5:34, but I tried to back that off by about a minute to account for the extra distance. Pace of 6:26 I'm happy with

Yes all fully cycled to 4ppm ammonia and running for 8 weeks on Tuesday.
Guess it’s just a wait and see game then
