WHAT A HORRIBLE 2 DAYS

Oh my god, thats digusting! You should get something done about that vet, he should at least be competant at his job!

I'm really sorry to hear about your dog, my dog had a stroke last year and she was so confused bless her. We had her put to sleep.

Thank you and its horrible. I was so close, she was like a sister to me. Id wouild have done anything for her. The worst is if the doctor was competint she could be living probably.

I'm with Samage, you should see someone about the vet

You have my deepest sympathy. She'll always be with you in your heart

;)

:byebye: So sorry you've lost such a beloved member of your family. That vet should be reported to the College of Vetrinary Surgeons and be investigated. If you give them the facts they will look into it. At the very least I would have that vet tried for incompetency and taken to small claims court to get back the cost of all the medications you paid for. Disgusting! (the vet I mean)

I had a Husky/Shepherd cross dog who was closer to me than most humans have been. We were like soulmates. When she died due to someone else's negligence it felt like a huge hole had been ripped in my heart. It took ages to get over. I am so sorry for your loss.

That's absolutely terrible! Definitely get him tried for negligence. I am also familiar with epilepsy and lousy doctors--I'm plagued with both. One doctor is so egotistical that NOTHING he ever prescribes is "wrong" whether it is or not. He never, ever listens! I swear, I would be dead by now if I didn't get to talk to his nurse instead of him. At least his nurse actually LISTENS to people!! The other doctor is--was (my aunt finally divorced him, thank goodness!)--my own "dear" uncle. He choked his son, goes golfing on his daughter's birthday, had a hissy fit when somebody didn't save him a piece of pie, totaled the car he had gotten his son as a birthday present (it was a really, really nice one, too!), gets so doped up on painkillers he can't even work, and actually managed to make some guy go blind during a fairly simple surgery. I hoped he gets sued and locked in the slammer. And I am SOOOO glad he's not my personal doctor!

ANyway, I know what it's like to get seizures; it ain't fun. But at least I never had to watch another person go through one (during a seizure, you're not conscious to realize what's happening). My most sincere condolences on your dog--I am so sad to hear about what happened!!
