I have fed my fry bloodworms and they have eaten fine, I guess it is opinionated like everything, whatever you would like to do

Yeah it is basically opinion. Everyones view is a little bit different but I have noticed with mine that the newborn fry just have a hard time eating blood worms and it pollutes the water very easily. Of course any food will pollute the water in a fry tank, thats why its recommended to change the water frequently (well as frequently as possible without sucking up the fry).

Since I have heard of newborn fry deaths from it, I will stop just to be safe, even though I personally have had no problems
