Urgent Help! Fluval 2 Fuse?

which fuse does a fluval 2 plus take in uk? just got one 2nd hand and there's no fuse in it thanks

i would imagine its 3(amps)/250(volts) so a 3amp fuse

As small as possible.... 1A would be more than enough, but hard to find !

The fuse is ONLY there to stop the wire to the appliance from catching fire, it makes NO difference to the operation of the appliance at all, under normal circumstances a bog standard 13A will do you... but its good practice to fit as small a fuse as will not blow with normal use... a 1A fuse would allow nearly 250W before it popped... enough to run several filters !

Goodo..... 3AMP is correct. I have just checked mine, and that is the fuse that came with it.
