You say you have sore throat, ears that feel like you are deaf and problems with nose.
Have you got any swellings at all??
Yes TB can (fish TB one of them) appear as granulomas, however you would certainly know if you had one. In order for diagnosis you would need to aspirate the granuloma fluid and perform staining for acid fast bacilli (all tb strains are positive) you would have quite hard, masses (granulomas) that would at some stage start to leak a very cheesy fluid, characteristic of all tb.
It is highly unlikely as you would need to have some way for bacterium to enter your epidermal layers, this would mean cuts etc inside your mouth. This is in itself highly unlikely.
A more probable reason is that there a bacteria in the fish tank water, always will be, and you end up with a pseudomonas infection which is similar to the type of ear infection you get from swimming pools.
There is no point worrying yourself stupid over something that has the very smallest of chances. Either a resistant pseudomonas or viral infection (coincidence or concurrent infection, one leaving you susceptible to the other) that is lingering longer than it is supposed to, you have already said you have a low immune system.
