Uploading Pics

can someone tell me how to upload a pic , did it once but for some mad reason cant seem to find how to do it now.

you would do like this

[ img ] http/www.this the url of my image [ /img ]

But dont have any spaces in the tags

You may also need to have your images Hosted somewhere, let me know as i can host images for you as i run a hosting company.

There are two options. Upload your images in a forum with a browse button (so you can get them from your computer), or upload them elsewhere and link them. Photobucket and Imageshack are two free hosting sites you can use to link from. I detailed more how to do this in my Newbie Guide at the top of the forum, so check that out.
