I know! :hyper: I can't wait! The radicans is going next to it on the right.

It looks really dark at the sides, it isn't, it's just really bright in the middle.

New plants should arrive over the weekend/early next week. Tomorrow (hopefully) I will be buying some John Innes #3 and once the new plants arrive I'll be doing a full strip down, sand out, mud in, sand back in on top, plants planted in their places (including all the crypts from upstairs).

Still don't know what I'm doing about the lighting... have plenty many ideas though...

Ahhh, every plant added is making it better. I'm jealous over that tricolor sword. Beautiful quality plant there.

So the newest leaf has grown around 1.5 inches since yesterday and is now just an inch from the surface. I got a picture past night, then another tonight.. I'll get another tomorrow and post them up... I'm dead chuffed it's growing so quickly so soon! :hyper: (was expecting it to settle in a bit first!)

Swords normally do this after a change, i'd also expect a flower stalk soon as well if it's growing that quick.

It will be good to see the pics. :good:

I presume it flowers above the water line? That would be great :) I'll text you a sneaky preview if you want :shifty: (lol sounds dodgy :X)

 I'm butting out of that one. No need to show me anything sneaky. I like boys.

Leaf has not grown so much today. It's now about half an inch from the surface. :grr: needs to grow more!

I took all my java fern plantlets out of the tank upstairs and have tied them to a piece of mopani. I also brought down the forlorn hastifolia from upstairs and have found that a new home in a hole in the mopani from Matt.

Awesomeness much :D

Only issue i would have with these kind of tanks is the water marks... such a downfall imo.
