After all the confusion it would be a good idea, if the store could print their reservoir price lists instead of using those laminated hand written ones, that are not very clear. I have looked at a few plecs in the bottom reservoir tanks and the species & prices are often very confusing or fish in the tanks not even listed.

Thats a good point - perhaps something all fish shops should look at. It happens quite a lot where the smudged price of a fish on its info card has caused confusion. The best method I have seen is using one of those Dynamo handheld label writers to change the tank info as and when.
