Anyway, Gotta wait for it to show up but as for stocking am looking at clown loaches and angels? If anyone has any good ideas please gives a shout :p Thanks

Looking awesome, maybe get a few polypterus with the clowns :p of course some upper jaws.

Geophagus red head tapajo? Absolutely stunning fish.

Looking forward to updates!

+1 on the awesomeness of geos...also, haven't you got rainbows as well? They'll work well with geos.

Awesome new tank!

How do you remove the filter box? I have one in my tank that I want gone but it's very difficult to get around the edges to cut the sealant

Look forward to the updates

Most excellent! One of my favorite types of Angel is the Leopoldi, they look like small Altums but are really attractive fish :)

If you wanted something a bit smaller than the Red Heads, I love Cupid Cichlids. Similarish to a Geo and do fantastically in large groups I have 5 in my 6 foot tank and they are really thriving now.

Waiting for the heater to heat the tank up and will drop by my LFS to get some awesome plants, but for now it looks bare and empty.

Nice tank!

You still have the filter box in thought, have you changed your mind about removing?

Look forward to seeing the end result!

It may stay for awhile till I get stocked and a mature tank :p

Ahh ok but wouldn't it of been easier to remove first?

i would haft to agree with ben remove first before getting stock

It's just a large blade behind it will take 2 mins but It houses the heater and some spare sponges n stuff so it's just a back up incase the fx6 packs up hopefully not

Ahh fair enough I can see your logic in that

If you have any tips on how I can get mine out it would be appreciated

I can't get in around the edges as it's too close to the glass and I can't get my hand inside as the compartments aren't wide enough

I'd use a long, thing blade like for cutting wood in half and saw through the black spots at the back of the unit. It should then slide out and I'd use a very sharp blade to clean the black marks off with.

Got some new stuff today, Not gonna talk about how much it was :p
