Okay stock as follows:

8 Clown loaches

1 Large syno catfish

Am looking for mid/high swimmers so if anyone can chip in that would be great. Cheers.

Since your other fish are Asian/African what about a group of Golden Panchax?

Wills

Very nice looking fish, How many would you suggest?

They usually work well in trios, 1 male 2 females but you may get away with more females in there.

Along the Asian line what about some Spotted Climbing Perch :) they would fit quite nicely, ooooh also what about a Brown African Knife Fish?

Wills

My LFS had a knife fish, Is it just the brown African or can any work?

You'll want something like the african brown (xenomystus nigri) or brown ghost (apteronotus leptorhynchus), the others will get too big.
There are some other small ones but I don't imagine you'd find them regularly at the LFS.

I would think leopard bush fish could eat the golden panchax? Mine is still small though so havn't seen the extent of how large their mouths are.

Looking good and liking it a lot

Can't wait to see this when full of water and lush plants and the clowns of course :)

Gee those clown loaches are HUGE! :) I can't wait to see this tank progress, it looks like it has a lot of potential :D btw, where'd you get the clown loaches from?

My LFS sells them all the time.
