Smallest Betta I Have Ever Seen, And Purchased! With Pictures!

Hard to say... Then again, I'm not very good with betta tail types. Sorry.

At the walmarts in oklahoma(probably other states also) the female bettas run TINY. But of course, walmart could care less about their fish. I've purchased many of the female bettas from WM though [ : They grow to adult size beautifully!.. Your little female isn't full grown, but when she does she will be beautiful! WM does run some pretty good deals though, just because they know nothing about fish. Ha.. So I got a cambodian female delta tail for 4 bucks.. and a handful of GORGEOUS male guppies for 2 bucks a pop!

I'd say he is a DT, his tail \and finnage looks to be too small for a super.

Although, he kinda looks like a cross between a DT and RT but that might be to do with his tail not looking like it is fully there.

RT - Rose tail

After looking at the pictures again, has he suffered from finrot? or is he a tail biter?

Oh Rosetail, cause I heard of Roundtail too that can happen with bettas other than plakats. No he doesn't have fin rot or bite his tail, ever since I got him that part always grew slower and i'm not sure why.

Ah ok, maybe it's his genetics then. Try feeding him brimeshrimp in garlic, will help him grow x

Comparing pictures of deltas and RTs... He's looks more like a delta. Like said above though, not a super delta.

DT stands for double tail, not delta btw

oh and he isnt a rosetail, maybe a delta.

actually DT stands for both. as mentioned depends on the context and betta in question.

My apologies then, I had never seen some abbreviate delta as DT, so I stand corrected

Back to fish, I'd just like to say well done. Its amazing how far he has come, and he is a good looking fish now!
