Here is my new shubunking. I just got him two days ago. His name is Scooter

Don't you have fancy goldfish in the tank with him? Non-fancy goldfish like comets (which is what your goldfish is, shunbunkin is just a pattern/color type) sometimes end up bullying fancy goldfish since they are a lot more agile, quick and active than fancy goldfish so fancy goldfish make easy targets for them- it is not that non-fancy goldfish are aggressive, rather that bullying fancy goldfish is just a behaviour that sometimes comes about, like how fish will sometimes bully or ostracize sick or wounded fish etc. Although your tank is also a nice large one, it is on the small side for comet goldfish and depending on its dimensions/measurements it may not be large enough for the fish in the long term.
Still though, he is a lovely looking comet .

Indeed. I recently had to remove my shubunkin from my tank into a pond. I had him from a small fry (a tiny little dot) and he was 8 inches. I was sad to let him go but it was best for all.

Nope, he is not in with my fancies. I just posted asking if they were compatable and they are not so he is not in with them. He is in a 75 gallon tank.
