Show Off Your Tank!

I literally took everything apart twice on that filter & it still makes noise!!! I hate it and I want to smash the @*&%$@! out of it. The Topfin 20 is okay but it's cartridges fall apart in your hands after a couple of months, like they make them that way on purpose.

I might just move my Penguin 200 to that 20 gallon tank & get a canister filter for my 36 gallon. I've been looking at the Marineland C-Series & The TetraTec.

I couldn't find tetra-tec over here. I got the rena filstar's- an xp2 on my 46g and the xp3 on my 75g. I LOVE them. They are quiet :good:

The 350 Penguin wasn't enough for my 46g, It's getting louder everyday too and I hardly have any media in it because Im running the two filters....just has some floss in. :shout:

I need a good filter for my 10g. I want to do a serious aquascape there and all I have in it now is a sponge. Any ideas?

I think the noise might be from the sand. It's the only tank I have that's 100% sand substrate. My 36 has mostly sand with a bit of black gravel mostly at the top.

Does anyone have any experience with Marineland C-Series Canister filters???

Thanks Manofish, I should've figured it out.

First off, if you join up with a photo editing site such as Flickr or Photobucket, it's easy to upload your photos there, then copy the direct link and post it here.

There's a really good bottom cleaner out there ... YOU! What size is your tank?

Oh yeah! Here it is!!! lol My rescape after the ugly TB madness. I don't wish that on anyone and accept as much sympathy as you can give
