I just got the back ground for my tank.

Its black aluminum that has bin shaped to the back of my tank and was laser cut to the right size..It fits right betwene the bottom and top bracing so i did not have to glue it.

Here it is on the tank

And no..................... i am really tan that is just the flash

Neat man, is it powder coated or anodized? If its anodized be careful, it may scratch kinda easy. Powder coat is way more scratch resistant :good:

Its going good.
Got About 10 feet of 1inch and 10 of 1/2 inch pvc and bulkhead fitings from HD today.
Tank is getting drilled as we type( droped it of at glass shop today).
The over flow and sump will be built over the next week or two.LR will come as soon as the sump is all done.

Btw my birth day is on March 31 what do you think i should ask for? skimmer,cash,pvc pipe and ball valves.....

Depends, can ask for what you need then also cash. Think you'l have it up and running by March 31, if you do then probably cash or something else you need that you don't have by then.

by the way, is your dad helping you build everything or are you doing this on your own?

I have paid for about 3/4 of it and done 1/2 the work.

Only half not because i cant do the rest but because my dad loves to do diy stuff.

I am going to ask for Scuba diving lesons !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welll lucky you, so is that were you get your money from then, because looking at some of your equipment, got some steep costs.

My aunt goes scuba diving, so does my cousins, one of them told me to be careful when grabing onto the rock when you go because he touched somethinig that made him sick the rest of the time and made him feel cold.

Lol killer rocks

I go snorkeling and free diving a lot and last year i was bit by a 6ft stripebass (these things are evil!) Nasty scar looks like a shark bite.

Yes lucky me. =]. But thats not were i get my money from. Even when my parents pay for somthing i still have to work for it.I HATE spoild brat kids who get evry thing they want i just ticks me of.
