Ok, I’m going to “pop“ into see my eldest son for a good old cuppa and some lunch today ? I haven’t been able to see him since we “challenged” the Covid-19 rules when the 5-day Christmas visiting window was closed ?. We met in the car park of a service station and swapped Christmas presents; that was about 5 months ago now.

I’m driving from Chichester to Dudley, about 175 miles each way for this cuppa and much needed hug!

How far has anyone else travelled for a cup of tea and a hug? I’m expecting this to be trumped by a member from USA - everything is SO much more spread out over there ?

My dad's off from Kent up to the Midlands tomorrow for my gran's (his mum's) birthday, since he's just had his first jab and my grandparents have had both now. I'd go up at any other time but I don't want to risk getting anyone ill, even if I haven't left the house in about a month now. It's better safe than sorry.

Can't wait for a hug from all the family and friends after this is over.

I like chai tea. The powder you mix into 8 ounces of hot water, except I use like an ounce of water and 11 ounces of milk cause it tastes better

I don’t drink coffee, I find it disgusting. I don’t really drink tea either, maybe a chai tea twice a month. I like fruit juice though!

Well, I like peach, raspberry, and sweet tea. Anything else is... meh.

I hate sweet tea. I don’t know how people can drink it and enjoy it, I just don’t understand! Peach is pretty good, not sure that I’ve ever tried raspberry!
