Nice background.
You like it? I thought it looked weird because it has gravel as a substrate and I have sand as a substrate. :dunno:

The other side is more brown and dark with rocks and stuff.

All of my sockfish get lost in the dryer:(

*theres an Oscar out there waiting for a home*

In a 120gal, you could keep 1 Red Oscar, 1 Tiger OScar and 1 Albino! Just means fake plants...

OSCAROSCAROSCAROSCAROSCAR...

Sorry, blanked out there for a second.

P.S- Oscar...
 Why did you have to post the cutest picture you could find? :hyper: I know...I want an albino oscar really bad. But my glass catfish is sick and has a bent spine and I am thinking it is because he is all stressed lout from being in such a small group of glass cats. :-(
P.S.-Wanting an oscar is another excuse for an even BIGGER tank! :p

thats actually a sign of old age. It has nothing to do with not being in a group. Get the Oscars. now. please

But I've only had him for like 2 months. He has always been rather unhealthy. When I bought him the guy bagged him up with a khuli loach and the khuli loach was squirming EVERYWHERE and totally freaking the glass cats out. So when I added them to my tank one of the glass cats sank down to the bottom of the tank and layed on the gravel and turned white. I kind of kept him in one corner and fed him blood worms and small flakes. the next morning he was still kind of white, but swimming around. Now after 2 months of being healthy he has a huge bend in his body. :-(

Anyways I am NOT getting the oscar. Although that is what I want, it isn't the best thing for my current fish.

What did you use to cycle your tank? Ammonia or fish? The guy I bought my tank off said I could use piss. Me: "Er... yeah, sure..."

Oh wait, hold on, I just opened this thread in a new window and I see a stocking of media I pressume in your tank at the left. Maybe it's taking so long to cycle because you used so little. I used 3 of those sized bags for my roomie's 25G, and in a few days all was good.

HTH

 Yea I will probably end up adding more gravel. I also have a cycled 10 gallon so could add some gravel from there as well.

I am doing a fishless cycle.

I believe human urine would cycle a tank nicely, its all ammonia I believe...

Annnyway, Im still hoping you'll change your mind to get that beautiful Oscar fish. He will always go crazy when you walk into the room. They are super smart. And very loveable, and colourful...and loyal ;)

So is my baby female betta  :p

I heard you can use human pee as well, but I prefer to use pure ammonia. It would be kind of hard for me to pee in something so tall anyway, unless I peed in a bucket first or something.

Nice tank. nice to have a picture when talking about your tank. The clown loaches are the centerpeice.
