Pearl Gourami sick 😞

Hi all.
Hope you are well

My pearl gourami is hovering around the surface gasping and has some marks on her body. Do you think this may be ick or maybe bacteria or some sort? Managed to get quite a good photo of her. Thank you in advance for any help.

I can't advise re the marks on the body but if she is gasping near the surface try a large water change firstly and see if that improves anything. Hopefully someone will be along shortly to comment on the marks.

Thank you. I've done a water change and tested water which is fine.

The marks look like scale damage, and splits in the tail fin? Has she been fighting or getting some rough treatment from anyone? How many do you have?
She also has a spot in her eye, which could have several causes, and a bent spine which could be making her susceptible to other ailments, or it could just be old age.

What are the water parameters?
