Neons Have Some Sort Of Disease ?!

Hi everyone not sure how this works just joined but my neons have something growing on their mouths il post pics anyone got any ideas what this is ?

Cotton Mouth, just keep changing the water each day, 10% at a time.

It is highly contagious and a bacterial infection, so isolating the fish is the best course of action.
 
Next, feed the fish food that contains oxytetracycline - an antibiotic. 
 
 
 
Stay on top of the water changes - keeping the water as clean as possible will help, but it won't cure the problem.
