My Seneye Review

Buy it if you want constant readings of NH3, pH, Temp and in the Reef version PAR, LUX and Kelvin light readings. I find I have to restart the software or reboot the unit at least a couple of times a day due to the software locking up. It will also cost you about $10 a month for replacement slides. If your pH is 6.4 or lower the red warning light will stay lit and you will get warning text messages and emails. This is supposed to be fixed in the future. It's good and hopefully will get better when newer software and added capabilities ( Nitrites, Nitrates, Chlorine, General and Carbonate Hardness ) are released.

So basically, KISSfn, Seneye is the only device of its kind on the market? sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm still very new to this.

Ya, and I don't see Canada or United States on that list. I also don't see it when I proceed to checkout and try to fill out my billing info.

K I will try to contact them, I appreciate the help

this will become alot more interesting to me when the nitrite and nitrate etc test is added. does anyone know if this will need a whole new piece of kit or just new slides?

what is the difference between the home and reef version is it just that the light levels are measured more accuratly in the reef version with par lux etc whereas the home version measures light level in?
