i found some more this morning that he has kicked out its normal for the father to so this it is hes first time got told

i just orered two females



2 x Longfinned Bristlenose Ancistrus dolichopterus

i am going to keep ten of them

the other lot my mum having some and my freind buying some from me

but when i get the females longfins and when they breed with the male longfin ill
start selling them on here on the sale post dont worrie ill keep every one in mind

the reason why i am keeping ten is i am going to grow them on and breed them with some other ones i have that are just common ones brown not long fins are little older and from another pair in the big tank i have with fry

ill have to pop to the shop later to get some fry food mine i cant find i think i give it to my m8 for hes fry lol

or wot else can i feed them

can i put these in another tank where i have 10 wk old fry bns 10 of them as i am keeping them to grow on and wld like to keep these or no theres gravel in tank and plants and bogwood or not yet

or cld i put them in with my shrimp cherrys loads of plants and bogwood or shell i just leave them in the breeding trap

longfins any day can be every hard to get hold of in some towns

in maidenhead ac in taunton u talking abt 16.00 for a 1.5ins longfins bns but that was couple wks ago not been up there since then
other shops in town cant get them
can be alot of money really for them in shops better of buying from some one who breeds them
