i was going to try and keep them a secret as i know what you`ll be saying " nutter"

as you know i lost my gorgeous Bo just after the move

, ive never really been without an oscar since i took up fishkeeping and my first 2 were total impulse buys that ruled my heart, my head and my bank balance

went into MHA this morning with full intentions of getting small fish, maybe a few platys .. i swear!!
but then i saw them....

theyre already "wagging", eaten a load of bloodworm, come to the glass when i tap it... im totally besotted

im just praying that by some miracle they can stay together and it wont end in a big fight.. cos then id have to move 2 sofas out of the way for a new tank..and that would be bad..wouldnt it

its defenitely normal with Oscars!I always used to shout at mine when (not if) the fem bit me! lol I knew when it was coming too,she'd go to the opposite side of the tank to get a run up! haha

no not yet.. ill think up some names as i watch them

got up this morning and they were so excited to see me

, had there brekky and started playing in the filter flow like a coupla guppies

.. hoping to collect a new tank for them today, though i wont be moving them over till the weekend..give them chance to settle, but at least it`ll be here for them, they`re currently living in a rio 180.. how desperate am i

its not something i would reccomend ( buying an oscar with intentions of upgrading) but when i went into that fish shop i did go for platys... honest
