hi, i ave two luvley gerbils, milly + ginger, both ladies, i need to post a pic of dem son, can anyone tell me why they keep making thumping sounds wid there feet on the plastic?? its kinda funni but i dnt no y dey do it !! please reply, it wud be nice :)

how do you reduce the size of the pictures please :)
 
Gerbils thump their feet to warn the other members of their group when there is a threat. So they are just telling each other that you are approching their tank.

Oh my. Those are a gorgeous pair of gerbils, shrimply!

As for the image size, open the images in an image editing program, such as Photoshop or MSPaint. For Photoshop, just go to Image -> Image Size and put in the size you'd like. For MSPaint, there should be a stretch/skew option in one of the drop-down menus. If your digital camera has software, it might have image editing options.
 
Thanks I have had them for three years and although they don't get a lot of attention they seem quite happy and love their tanks.
