My fish refusing to try new food

I'm trying to switch the type of food i feed them, flake to frozen to vegetables and then back to flake but they're having none of it they refuse to eat it how do i solve this problem

they will slowly get used to the flake, feed a bit of both, and every few days, start feeding less of one, and more of the other

I agree with Chooklet, they will eat it if they are hungry.

What kind of vegetables are you feeding them? How are you feeding them this? Is it raw or blanched?

FYI, most of your fish are mid to bottom feeders, so maybe use a turkey baster to squirt some food below the water line.

Yeah just fast them for a few days and they will eat the flakes.

You could also try first flake by Omega One. I have seen it recommended even for discus who won't eat. It says on the can, "Appetite Enhancement Formula" "For Stressed Fish and Fish New to your Aquarium".

Soak your food in Garlic Guard. It's a typical appetite enhancement for all fresh or saltwater fish.
