my fish aint eating flakes

i dont no ehy but my fish arnt eatin flakes they swim away when i but them in and my angels take some and spits it bk out but i feed them every 2 weeks on live food but they eat the live spit ou t the flakes
any advice for it

Mix it up a bit more. Get some peelets and some frozen and the flakes and alternate them each day. I dont follow any particular pattern but i try to keep it interesting...i know how i feel when i get pasta every night of the week

i usually feed flakes in the morning and then in the evening give a frozen treat like bloodworms or brine shrimp. although the bloodworms are the most preffered. I like the frozen food that comes in blister packs because my daughter can help feed the fish and i dont have to worry about her overfeeding. also some fish like fresh veggies like peas and zuccini. i havent done that so find out how to prepare them before you try.

what kind of fish do u have...some fish just dont like flake food...some that arent supposed to do.My BGK likes flakes on occasion.
