I think the tank looks quite good ATM anyway maybee a Java Fern???

I traded in some of my cichlids and synodontis and got him at a decent rate Sean from wharf aquatics pretty much cut me a deal so I don't think it would be fair to say how much really!

And yeah, plants will come. Ordering some vallis from green line soon...

Very nice, even though it's a little sparse but your getting some plants soon anyway, so it won't be like that for long. And the centre of attention should be on the fish not the tank anyway!

I don't plan to ever post a photo of it "all puffed up"! Puffers only puff up when practicing, stressed, or for the sake of attention. I'm hoping it'll never get to that stage!

Wow, nice tank. If I had that tank, I would fill it with 6 angels and let them breed, that would be soo awesome to have baby angels growing up all by themselves in there. Very nice tank and you will have one very happy lucky puffer for many years to come.

WOW fantastic looking tank there. Have you decided on what your having yet?
I've got red clawed crabs ghost shrimps and dwarf puffer along with the normal fish like guppies, platties,yellow tipped tetras(don't know the right name for them), black widows, neons and silver shark. You must get a intererestingly shapped bog wood( my bog wood looks like a dragons neck and head) and lava rock as the puffer is suppose to peck at the rock to keep its beak down but mine don't seem to go anywhere near it but hay it looks good.
