make sure you acclimate those mollys very slowly or they wont survive. I'm sure you're familiar with the drip method?

Yes i am, we were told to do it over a 12-24 hour period to make sure hey survive.

Well...not THAT long hehe, I'd probably airline drip them for 6 hours or so.

Also, i think the tank has started an algea bloom, brown algea is growing on the rock and sand really fast so when i can i add my first snails,i was hoping this weekend?

Also when can i get my first fire or cleaner shrimp?

Ph is 8.2, nitrite is 0, ammonia is 0 and nitrate is 10

You should be ok to add a CUC this weekend...if your parameters are better then I'd go ahead with shrimp.

Probably just some turbos, astraea or trochus but, i have read that astraeas have a habbit it toppling over and need to be turned back over.

It happens. I might wait to get astreas once you have more rock as they dont do so well on the sand. Definitely get some though because they do a great job of cleaning!

Well i am now half way with the rock. 25kg in there now and lots of life.
I was also given a turbo snail today from the guy at the store for spending alot of money there.
So its 25kg of LR and 1 turbo snail.

I alos have put in an order for 1 sixline wrasse wich he will be getting next week and he will hold on to them for me untill the cycle in my tank is done

Sorry its been a while. Computer problems.
Tank now has 6 mollys in and the cycles has started.
There is also now 28 kg of LR and everything is running smoothly.
Cant wait to get my sixline. What is the best number of them to keep in a 100g. I can get 6 if i want becuase thats how many he is ordering?
