depends on rock structure, is there any room to swim? Thin tanks dont offer as much room for front swimming space due to rock formations.

Are you saying 8'x1'x2' are commonly made and are standards?

Admittedly most of the tang police on this forum are weeded out eventually. Unlike in Reef Central that "religion" has not taken root. The tang police's beliefs are so rediculous/absurd that unless they have a million supporters behind them, they rapidly piddle out and quit posting. It's like a population science or something...

very very true i tried reef central right before my tank was together and i thought about a tang. posted it the tang police where on me so fast.

they aren't commonly made.... it's just a random dimension I though of.
And I don't know how the rock structure is either, but if you had about 1-1.5 pound of rock per gallon...
Like I said, this is just a random tank I thought of...

You still haven't answered my question. WHY do you still think this when every piece of evidence (and there is a lot of it my friend) is against that? Do you find it "noble" or something? How can you be against tangs in aquaria but not anemones? Surely the anemone has more reason not to be kept than the tang?
