Things are coming along nicely. I was leading twice in my last match and had 14 shots on target with only 4 on goal

Dario Srna played really well on his debut skipped past his marker and curled a shot in from 25 yards and hit a volley off the near post Think i found a gem there

If my 2 defenders are fit I have a strong team out for the next match with all of the players I signed going straight into the team. Am tweaking my tactics also each game. think I will have the right selection for the game. Chairman not be two happy if i don't get at lest a draw lol

I've been busy this weekend... I've Signed 7 players since the weekend and a possible 8th tonight all 89 or 90 rated! I should be ready to win the league next season now!

Zarate was a player i was also considering earlier on in the game as he was so good for birmingham i read there is a possibility another premiership club wants him in a permanent deal, maybe he will get a rating increase.

I will look at your signings now shrimper, i was playing football last night with the Boro, Man city managers and they said that you guys are making some good signings, it will be hard to beat you now as your teams were some of the games they expected 3 points from so keep it up. They said you could be pushing for promotion next season

Yep Bought him more for back up. In his current state he a lot better than what I have if sand gets injured. Hes a good player

Attendance: 37,582

Feyenoord strengthen their position at the top of the table following another victory, this time at the cost of french side lille. This win lengthened the dutch sides unbeaten run to 13 games and means they are in fine form for the final push to the end of the season. A brace from the ever improving M Borriello sealed the win in a game where Feyenoord dominated and had lots of possesion useing it wisely to convert into goals.

I thought the lads were terrific today and really answered the critics who thought we couldn't play entertaining attacking football. We did and we converted two of those into goals. The defense was very strong today and you can see that they are starting to gel together.

You took the lead early on again, why is your team so quick out of the block?

We understand the importance of starting well in the game as it helps your confidence and can knock the opposition off their game plan. We now need to work on mantaining that focus throughout the game so not to let the other team back into the game.

Middlesborough next, a team managed by your father-in-law. An important game both in the league and personally?

Of course the game is important, every game from now until the end of the season is very important. Speaking to manager chip yesterday and he told me he still expects to take the title so a win here will dent his confidence. Being away will make our task even tougher but we've got the ability to take all three points back home. I will be using different tactics in this game which will hopefully tilt the contest in our direction.

Finally, other teams have been very busy in the transfer market over the past few days, any thoughts?

Yes this will make the league very more competitive and 3 points are going to be very hard whoever you are up against. There will never be a better time to win promotion from this league than this season as next season the quality from team to team will be much higher. I had a shortlist of 8 players last week that i wanted to bring to the club to strengthen us for next season, i can now say that has been cut down to 4 as half of those players have moved to new clubs so i will be reviewing my situation and be looking for other faces. Today's TFF Predictions:

Sampdoria 1 vs 2 Spartak Moskva - 2nd against 2nd from bottom but i think you have done enough signings to turn this game into a win

Toulouse 1 vs 1 Portsmouth - hard game to predict so i've played it safe with a draw

FC Nurnberg 2 vs 0 Estudiantes - I betting against you for 4th time in a row, sorry not enough good players coming in

Dinamo Zagreb 3 vs 0 Colo Colo - Would be a big shock if you don't pick up all 3 points at home against this poor team

Napoli 1 vs 1 Borussia Dortmund - A tough game away but you might be able to nick a point

Middlesborough 1 vs 1 Feyenoord - A game i really must not lose but a victory away might be asking for too much against this team

Looking at everyones fixtures i see a more successful week than any other week we've seen since it began, especially with some of the quality signings you guys have made. Dinamo should win and then a trip to L A Galaxy should surely make it 2 on the bounce...

Spartak play 2nd but it's a team punching above its weight and i expect moskva to expose this today, you follow this game up with a home game against Az Alkamaar another game i think you should win comfortably...

Toulouse play Pompey but their manager hasn't been on for 2 weeks which will increase your chances of picking up points tonight, next up is away to Colo Colo a team you should beat even away from home...

Estudiantes will struggle tonight against Nurnberg and i will be surprised to see you register your first points on the board here i'm afraid but i'd love a shock. Home to Sampodoria after this win a game you might take your first point if you don't pull off the upset tonight...

Dortmund play away to napoli perhaps they can nick the win but a draw seems the most obvious result to me, they could do with the win though as it is almost guarenteed that Manchester City will be taking 3 points home from Germany on the weekend...

Feyenoord are up against one the better sides in the league and really don't want to lose the momentum at this stage of the season with their first lose in 14 games. They play at home on the weekend against FC Nurnberg a game they willl surely be favourites in...

The camps of Toulouse, Dortmund and Estudiantes have been unusually quiet lately any updates?

Q: Three straight defeats, is it going to be another one tonight?
A: No, i been here a couple of weeks now and have really got to know the players, we now understand that this club needs the quality performances it is required. We carnt all be individuals, we have to pull together as a team. I know that we have the team to win games, and the player in the last three games have played well and i believe that we should have had something for them.

Q: Despite the three defeats the fans stillvback you, this must reassure you?
A: Yes its nice that the fans are giving me time to sort the team out, it will take time, many other sets of fans demand results from day one, but not these fans. They understand the situation.

Q: Its been a quiet week in the transfer market, after claiming that the club was in talks we other players, why so quiet?
A: Well we have signed Joe Hart on a permanent deal, others we are still waiting for clubs to get back to us, we have many offers for players, but have to wait for the replies from the other clubs.

Q: No David Beckham, why?
A: We were very unhappy that David didnt sign for us, I had a discussion we Dr. Reinhard Rauball the clubs charimen and we decided on a maximun price for David, Manchester City were unhappy with the price and so canceled the transfer.

Q: And finally why is there another change in captincy?
A: I think that i mad a rash decision last time, yes Johan as done great as captain and will stay as vice-captain, but i feel that we need some one with experience and thats why i have chosen Cristan Ledesma. Thanks thats all.

Dodgy deal going on at mancity just about to report it. Was in the process of buying there 91 keeper when they where unmanaged. The they suddenly got a new manager. Placed a bid for over 20million. Got told player not for sale. Now he going to city for less money than i offered hmmm

It wasn't 'Due to a change in management the deal involving X Xxxxx has collasped'was it? This is what happens if a new manager takes over a club.

If not then i agree with you cant understand turning down 20million but accepting 17million

Yar I was trying to buy him when the team was unmanaged deal would of went though the next day only for they got a new manager The transfer then failed. I then put In a new transfer bid over 20 million think it was around 26m. It was accepted then quickly rejected sent the new manager a pm was told player not for sale. Now I spoted that the player is going to city for 17m 2 days later

Which make it more suspect is that the team only has 1 other keeper rated 80

A: I will for the first time have my first choice team out apart from 1 player. The Fans can expect a much better game With Sexeh football.

Q: In Todays papers Daniel Walmsley claim that you would take all 3 points off high flying Sampdoria do you feel the same?
A: "laughs" Ahh Daniel plays better mind games than the great sir Alex Ferguson. I expect a hard game tonight and maybe if all goes well I can scrape a point.

Q: Are your new players settling in well?
A: Yes they are indeed. Sand has been impressive in training and Srna well his performance last week and his leadership qualities I have now made him the captain for tonight game.

Q: Will there be any more signings?
A: I have my vast scouting network out all looking for new talent. I expect a few signings over the upcoming days but nothing major or mega bucks unless the right players comes along
