Yeah, I know, I need stronger flow for carpeting plants. Since the filter and light are one in the same, If i get a new filter I need a new light.

The reason I like this filter is because it has adjustable flow, so I could lessen it if it was too strong for my betta.

All black, with a dark blue shine on his sides, and a tint of red near the base of the tail.

He's not a crowntail, he's a halfmoon. That's what poor water and poor diet does to a fish! It's gotten better, I've been feeding NLS, bloodworm, using stresscoat+ and almond leaves to promote growth and discourage infection.

Or you could just get the internal and put it in the back at the bottom. That way you don't need a new light, and the carpeting plants get lots of flow!

Meh, I don't like internals, and I don't want two filters, it would be cluttered. Besides, no way to adjust flow if it's too strong for a betta.
