Have you ever noticed how the universal translator on Star Trek not only translates everything you hear into English, but also magically makes the alien's lips move as if they're speaking English too?  Fantastic feat of engineering.

It didn't have to be 'correct' just 'close enough'.

Is he floating? When I had a fish that floated I would feed him a frozen pea (warmed up in the microwave for 10 seconds) and then he would return to normal :)
