L260 Queeen Arabesque

I have put a Wanted ad in the buy and sell section but am just posting here aswell.

I am looking for a Male L260 to go with my female for breeding.

If anyone knows where or who to get one from I would be very grateful.

I cannot travel very far at the moment due to a spinal injury, so needs to be Lancashire or in the vicinity of Wolverhampton (mother and father in law would collect here for me). The other alternative is post, I receved my female in the post and she was fine, so do not mind this method at all.

I have checked out internet vendors Aquatic Life direct (out of stock), and also Trimar (out of stock) and Wildwoods, now they do have them but do not know how to sex them.

I had one on order for 6 months at MA but they have not come up with anything.

I would love some help here.

I have pruchased a 4" male from the lady that had those listed on Ebay. I am not buying the ones listed as they were only 2-3".

He is being delivered by fish courier on Thursday!!

Delivery was delayed till would you belive, Bank Holiday Monday.

The courier arrived at 8.50pm this evening with this

Definately male, I now definately see what you meant by the hairs Jenclibee.

Those whisker things on the fins, are they the odontose, or whatever that people talk about being on males?

The ones just above the mouth are odontodes, the whisker like hairs on the pectoral fin are pectoral odontodes.

He has found a piece of bogwood he likes and has dug the sand at the bottom, the female (Queenie) has found him and they may be a good pair.
