Headstanders are a nightmare to photograph!! They constantly kind of quiver and the speed on them is just insane!! Im just glad I have one of the more sedentary species

Are you really not tempted to make like a 10ft pool in the garage or something? Loads of journals about building monster fish tanks on the net and a lot of people just use raised pond techniques and have a glass pane at the front the only issue I cant work out is heating it without loosing all the heat - I guess if you built it with breeze blocks then insulated it with the best stuff you can get then plywood then pond liner and a similar set up for the top.

Just a side thought though, the Deep in Hull has an Amazon in there with all the monsters from there in it and it is a huge tank like maybe 15 foot square.

the barbs have now been sold to chris to prevent them getting eaten by Frank.................

ive decided to let Frank go as its just too hard to keep anything with him and Keith...... and the fact that he is growing like stink!

im taking him to an lfs on saturday that will look after him.

new fishes soon i think to fill the big void that will be left
