Id be tempted to just turn it vertically, never had a prob with mine... As long as your flow is good

That's all for now :) :good:

the title is going to have to change to 'jungle scape'. :good:

looking good Cazzie.

Now, that's what I call densly planted. :good:

I just want to sort the carpet out, and then I'll be really happy. The hc won't stay in the sand, and whenever it floats around the tank the silvertips eat it... we'll see how it goes. I really like the clover sp. so if it doesn't take off I'll have a go at one of those :)

Wow, looking good Caz, dense jungle now aye, looks more jungle and less triangle with the Hygro on the left but does look awesome, love jungle scales. So where did my Anubias go? :)

the big piece of sticky up wood on the right with the moss on? It's on the back of there :) :good:

Definitely more jungle now, especially with not being able to see the wood for all the anubias LOL

Lol yeah you should call it mount Anubias now, your HC, does it have the felt on the roots still? If so I'd bury it with some tweezers so the leaves are just above the sand if not then your gonna struggle to keep it down.

No there wasn't any. Bought it from sbs. Felt would have made it easier. So far they have eaten about 2/3rds of it. They seem to really enjoy it lol. I'll just have to see. Some bits are staying really well, weirdly they seem to be the stems that were planted singly... it might be a very slow progression!

yep, that too  didn't think there was much point with the lovely wiggly painting around the shelves courtesy of the man-wife!

So, had a fiddle with the tank today (of course!). I've moved the hygro difformis as it was clogging the filter intake. Thinned out some of the other stems, and removed 2 pieces of wood which were at the back which were taking up too much room. All the removed plants have gone in the spare tank in the garage for the moment. Then I thinned out the micranthemum micranthemoids and planted the stems individually as they were suffering as they were before. Have managed to semi-reinstate the triangle, think it might have to be a triangular jungle! pictures later when the sun has set and the glare monster has gone to bed.
