Anyway, fish are on hold for now, but corals should be getting some new ones this weekend.

So about a week ago I got an awesome deal from a reefer breaking down their tank.

I got:

Pink duncan coral ~15 heads
green duncan 3 heads
orange crush acan 8+ heads
Red Acan 6 heads
Neon green maze brain ~6" across
Xmas tree favia 15 heads


All for $100.

Will take pics whenever i find my camera charger!

I want to start stripping the coralline off of the side glass. Any tips on how to do so?

Some lovely corals - in particular I like the Maze coral and the Duncans.

If you find out how to get the coraline off the glass, let me know, pleeeese!

Would you mind adding your corals and fish to the corals/fish of the week and any info. you have gleaned from keeping them please

I'm very happy with how it has progressed! I just wish the coralline would only grow on the back wall!

I am looking to put a few SPS on the top right and then call it quits as far as buying anything goes!

Looking at blue millepora and purple or orange monti.

Update:

So i've decided to sell the big tank and downgrade to a 12 gallon nanocube DX.

I'll be starting that journal shortly, but here are some pics I took before I sold the livestock!

Sold it all except for some zoas and button polyps that had attached to a particularly lovely piece of rock that I plan on moving over to the nanocube.
