Jack's Marine Adventure!

i was wearing the gloves but theyre a bit big and water gets into them, so i need some smaller ones.

thanks for your kind words everyone

i may still get one fire shrimp online, but if im honest, i prefer normal cleaners and they cost less!

just pulled the curtains back and im sitting in bed with the laptop looking at the tank, and little dolly is swimming in the open

yeah its all looking good! :good:
makes such a difference when you've actually got some anaimls in there rather than just rock doesn't it!
gotta love those yellow bean gobies. i've got a pair and i think their cracking little fish. contemplating getting another couple to go with them in the new tank.

Things moving along nicely truck, glad my house is not the only one that resembles a LFS at the moment

Funnily enough, so does my living room, ro storage containers, buckets (saltwater and freshwater), airline drip acclimatisation tubes, containers for dripping etc. I have my cousin coming to stay at the weekend for a week or two so the other half has clean up instructions tonight. That is after he has caught my bad crab I spotted yesterday!!

 my house looks like the zoo! my sister has loads of pets  and i breed russian dwarf hamsters lol.

dolly has a mysis shrimp on his back :S any ideas?

hi truck, looks great, i love that shrimp! i just have 1 question, what benefit do yu have from having live rock and powerheads, ie, berlin filtration(if i am correct) than having a large external?

with a large external you would need to strip it down every week and clean out all the pipes etc, to stop them becoming nitrate factories, Live rock filtration is sooo much more efficient IMO
