I've Found Heaven On Earth

Now i belive you, why dont you fish for a while, and sell them to the lfs and you can make miney and you wont starve. Also, fish and try to find out every species that lives there.

absolutely stunning place to be, it proves that mother nature works in wonderful ways, a dream place for all these fish to live their lives, who knows what else is in there maybe something completely new. Is the land surrounding it up for sale? cause i want to buy it :hyper: :hyper: :hyper: would save on blasted water changes. I think its great to see but really nothing can beat seeing these fish from the side of a tank, unless as stated earlier in the thread you go snorkelling every day. :good: catch some gups for us to see, just put them in a bag and take pic then put them back in. I could spend hours there

Ya know, I'm glad I didn't read this thread when it was first posted, b/c I would've gone crazy waiting for the photos lol.
Anyways. that's really amazing!!
The whole scenery is simply breathaking with the mountains and all, then you have this awesome pond with an assortment of fish!
Just so neat! How lucky of you to have a creepy old man come up to you and talk to you! lol

We now need more photos though! Go there and fill a few memory cards or rolls of film with photos!
Someone send this guy 20bucks dangit!

In your first post you stated that "An older gentleman came up to me" it was very generous of this kind gentleman to share this information with you when he did not even know you and if he didn't no one here would be reading this thread and enjoying the pictures and video, so why is he being labeled " The creepy old man" by some people all the time I just don't understand, when all he did was show an act of kindness.

It's called humor.. get it? Haha?
We can only imagine the scenerio and well.. apparently alot of us watch too much tv and movies so picture a decrepit old creepy man telling a tall tale of some mystical pond! hehe... Of course could've just been some guy in his 40's sharing some info or something, but it's more fun thinking the other way :p
Well at least that's what it is for me.. not sure about others :D

At first I never stated he was creepy, in fact he wasn't at all! I now will worship the ground he walks on :). But someone said they would be creeped out if some old guy came up to them at Wal-Mart, and I guess we all thought it was funny so he was dubbed the creepy guy, like what amunet said, it was probably all of our vivid imaginations going out of control! So no offense to the guy, he is the coolest, and if I ever find him again at wal-mart I will thank him profusely and offer him a trophy or something.

Someone send this guy 20bucks dangit!

I agree!!!!

Is anybody else being reminded of the scene in Aladdin where they're in prison and Jafar is disguised as a creepy old man telling stories of the Cave of Wonders?? Yeah because I am lol

Why haven't I seen this post before today!?!?!?!?!? That is AMAZING :D!!!!!!! :kewlpics:

rarefish :fish:

Forgot to add: Can anyone give me the URL's to the sites that have info on places like these? I'm obviously not searching right on Google!

I too owuld liek to see the googled pics of the other places, I understand why the OP wants ot keep it a secret though :D

im really amazed by this really

but i wouldnt have gone in and started to take the fish away and put them in a tank....

if you find a new hybred than that would be cool

but if you can get them store bought then why risk disturbing such a beautiful thing

i would just leave it alone and appriciate such a cool little "fish heaven"

im amazed.u should be my new fish supplier.u should also go snorkeling in here and find out if theres any bottom feeders in there.

Well, I did think about it carefully and decided that taking 3 fish from it would not disturb this cool little place, and it should be obvious from my posts that I have conservation of this place as a number one priority. But I really do respect your opinion, but feel a bit differently about it. However the motivating factor for taking fish from there isn't because I think they can not be found elsewhere (well, actually some probably can't and I have found 3 fish that are unknown to me) but it is more the fact that they are free, and store bought fish aren't. :good:

And to fishfishfish, I am planning a trip there soon and hope to go snorkeling... I will let you know if I find any bottom dwellers.
