Is Tap Water Ok

Is tap water OK for my Betta fish? Because I see water bottles for betta fish but I do not know if that is heathlier or if my tap water is fine for them.

Yes, bottled water is better. Tap water may have chlorine in it. If you use tap water, buy water conditioner or something. That helps clean the tank of chlorine and it gives the fish a slimy coat. Mine does that.

If you use a good dechlorinator then your tap water is fine. Even more so if that is what the fish are used to. Don't just go changing for the sake of it, the biggest thing the fish like is stability.

ok then whats the best declorinator?? i use crystals but its nearly impossible to put the right amount in, 6 grms for 150 ltr of water, my betta tink is a lot smaller!!!
