Can bumble bee goby live with pleco? Can pleco live with tap water or chlorine water?

I checked online and Taiwan has chlorine treated tap water. Thus if you are using tap water, it is necessary to add a dechlorinator such as Seachem conditioner/dechlorinator to any tap water added to the tank or treat the entire tank with the dechlorinator before refilling with tap water after a partial water change.

Taiwan and Thailand are pretty far apart.

But @Nuttawet made reference to chlorine, so I don't think this is an issue. I know from checking forums in discussions in languages I'm not skilled in that it takes a lot of work to filter info through google translate. It takes attention, and time (especially time). I don't know how @Nuttawet approaches these things, but it can't be an easy process.

Thailand is so central to the hobby because it has such a dynamic fish farming and fishkeeping culture. The information is there. The Bangkok tropical fish market has a worldwide reputation. I hope we can learn more about that as they participate more.

I stand corrected. But I just checked if Thailand has chlorine in tap water and yes it does.

Bangkok’s tap water is chlorinated, and there’s little doubt that Nonthaburi which is not far from Bangkok has chlorinated water as well.
