I'm quite happy to divulge my fish quota to you but i'm concerned as to why you need to know the final outcome--- 25,000 fish,? 11,972 fish?. Its just numbers thats how it appears to me.............

Piltdownpaul, I just started it as a fun thread, something to do, in which anyone who wanted to could participate. I'm surprised it's taken off and proved as popular as it has!

But, unfortunately, I lost 12/16 of my little platies when I cleaned the tank the other day - they escaped out of the breeder net into the main tank and by the time I noticed, it was too late. My big pearl gourami must have had a feast. These fish are a couple of months old, so I thought there may have been a few survivors, but couldn't find any So I only have four platy babies now. Won't have to find extra homes now, I suppose. I probably shouldn't have included my babies anyway, but they were getting quite old and starting to have colours.

But, I did get a new BN plec the other day, so that's one I can add. So, I just need to minus 11 fish...

So after -11 --> Running Total = 6173:
